Preparation
- Defrost the peeled shrimp.
- In a pan, fry the cherries with aromatic herbs to taste for 5 min. at medium temperature.
- Wait for them to poach.
- Fry the prawns with the garlic and 1 chilli for 4-5 min.
- Mix the cherries with the shrimp, arugula and burrata in a salad bowl.
- Add salt to taste.
