Preparation

  • Defrost the peeled shrimp.
  • In a pan, fry the cherries with aromatic herbs to taste for 5 min. at medium temperature.
  • Wait for them to poach.
  • Fry the prawns with the garlic and 1 chilli for 4-5 min.
  • Mix the cherries with the shrimp, arugula and burrata in a salad bowl.
  • Add salt to taste.
